What is the delivery time?
This depends on the country. Within Europe you can expect your order within 2-5 days. Outside Europe it takes longer, between 5-12 days. All orders on Monday-Friday before 04.00 PM CEST are shipped the same day (when in stock). All orders after Friday 04.00 PM CEST or in the weekend are shipped the next Monday.

How do you send the package?
Our package will be packed and handled with care. It will be deliverd via our Dutch partner PostNL and later on with the national mail distributor in your country. All packages will be send with track&trace.

Why are shipping costs charged?
According to Dutch law it is forbidden to send tobacco and smoking products for free. This will be seen as a discount on those products and is illegal. Our packages are shipped with track&trace and require a signature on delivery.

Which paymentmethods do you accept?
You can choose out of 5 options: iDeal (Dutch), Bancontact and KBC/CBC (Belgium) and bank transfer. Unfortunately we do not offer creditcard or PayPal. 

How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days after receival. Send an e-mail to info@rookwaren-online.nl with the reason of the return. The shipping costs need to be paid by the customer.
